Step right up to the main ring! The Circus Starring Britney Spears is returning to North America starting August 20 with 20 city stops between Canada and the United States. The Circus is a dazzling display of music, dance, magic, and theatrics.

The $50 million extravaganza with its cast of nearly 50 dancers, magicians, clowns, and acrobats travels with 60 tons of equipment and 37 trucks. This show has already been proven to be the most electrifying musical event ever with a mini-magic show, blingy bicycles, and multiple costume changes.

The Circus Starring Britney Spears kicked off in New Orleans, LA on March 5 where Britney pulled out all of the stops before a sell-out crowd of 16,400. To date, the circus is the highest grossing tour of 2009 in North America. Britney has been met with rave reviews in Europe for her “relentlessly high octane and superbly choreographed affair.

”“I’m so excited to bring The Circus back to North America. I’ve made some really cool changes to the show that I think my fans are really going to love. I also get to bring the show to some new cities we missed the first time around,” says Britney.
