El Segundo Sol Taqueria and Margarita Bar at the Fashion Show Mall offers the complete Mexican experience including a colorful interior, private tequila tasting room, patio seating and the first strip location of an outdoor Street Taco stand. Found on the streets of Mexico, this authentic taco shack is open late night for tacos, homemade tortilla chips and salsa, Mexican Coca-Cola and other snack items.
The staple at El Segundo Sol is their signature tacos offering ten varieties including all-natural chicken, lobster, slow-braised beef short rib and vegetarian. The restaurant estimates that more than 3,000 tortillas will be made from scratch daily, pressed and griddled fresh-to-order by professional ‘tortilleras’ who have mastered the traditional Mexican technique using a top-of-the-line Comal.
