When you enter Mainland,
located in The Shoppes
at the Palazzo, you may
notice something very
different going on. You
may think that it’s simply
the communal café seating
or the gentle contrast in
unusual colors. Or, you
might figure out that the
absence of corners means
that a Feng Shui Master
was consulted during the
architectural planning.
All of this may elude
you, until you open the
menu. Ahhh, the menu.
So fresh, so creative, so
subtly nutritious you won’t
believe the ingredients
are organic.
“This food tastes far too
good, to be good for me,”
you may think, or say to
your friends.“If I had to choose
one word to describe
Mainland it would be
value,” says General
Manager, Jason Terry.
But don’t confuse value
with expense. You may
notice that the prices are
equally unbelievable. You
may be surprised, but, you
won’t be disappointed.
