The international culinary experience, NOBU, is right at home at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his master culinary team prepare modern Japanese cuisine using the finest fish flown in daily from the Tokyo fish market.
Two dishes to try when visiting NOBU are the Kobe beef carpaccio and the tiradito with chili paste, cilantro, and the yuzu/lemon juices. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa also presents his namesake in other locations including New York, London, Malibu, and Japan.
Nobu is a 2003 and 2004 Epicurean Award winner for Best Japanese.
